Music Videos: Storyboarding, Creating, & Editing

[ISTE Standard: Knowledge Constructor & Creative Communicator]

Students have created an original song and are tasked with creating a short music video to express the underlying tone of their song. In this collaboration with the music department, I created a resources site available to the students and pushed in to work with them to cover the concepts of storyboarding, storyboard language (types of shots, camera movements, and composition ), and the different types of music videos. Their final pieces were presented as a compilation of all their videos via Google Sites.
